Well I post this first post with great excitement. It marks a new season for Elijah Web Solutions. We have been creating a presence for businesses and ministries for 8 years and during that time we have built many business relationships and many friends. Those strong relationships have brought us to this new season where Elijah Web Solutions will be expanding from primarily a custom web design business to a Web Media business that will concentrate on Web Design, Web Developing, Web Marketing, E-Commerce, and Web based Digital Video and Audio Production.
We will be fully launching this initiative in August, but you will begin seeing our website, Elijah Web Solutions, begin to depict the change. Our experience in the video and audio podcasting world is something we have become known for in the Southeast and that will continue, but with the addition of our own graphics department, we will be able to provide an enormous new sector of excellence to our clients.
So why should this announcement be exciting given the overwhelming amount of web design and web media businesses in the country? It is exciting because EWS has been built around customer satisfaction and support. That will not only continue but expand and improve with the addition of our customer service department. This will allow new customers who have many basic questions about their new presence to become comfortable in their new business or personal web environment. It will also set a new level of support for those clients who have already been involved greatly in the web by making available all of Elijah Web Solutions’ resources at any time of day or night. As of August we will be a 24/7 customer support business.
